York Gin is a London dry gin made in the historic city of York. It is imagined with a love of gin and history in mind. York Gin brings a historical note to the table.  It features a selection of nine botanicals, all of which would have been available in the 18th century via spice routes - a nod to the gin craze of the 18th century. The botanicals used here are juniper, angelica, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, grains of paradise and lemon peel.
 
Tasting Note 
Drying juniper, well balanced by lemon and subtle sweet cinnamon.
